The Gold Rush is getting closer and closer to being released in FrontierVille and Zynga have made it clear today by launching the Gold Rush Preparation event which gets us ready for the Gold Rush and at least in theory should be the last set of missions that we get before receiving the long awaited expansion to FrontierVille.
The things are pretty simple, in concept, for the Gold Rush Preparation event: we have three main missions that we must complete and in order to do so, there are other three repeatable quests to be mastered. Completing these missions will reward us with Preparation Points, which are points that prove we are ready to start the Gold Rush.

Also, as you saw in the image at the top (click to enlarge), there are also some rewards that we’ll get for reaching specific milestones: Abandoned Car, Wagon Wheel Fountain, Gold Roses (unlocked), Gold Fish Pond and a Book of Experience.
