UPDATE: It seems that Zynga fixed the glitch sooner than anticipated. You can use instead the slower but working Ration gift links here.
Howdy, pardners! Today I have to share with you a humongous glitch/cheat in FrontierVille that will let you score tons of free Rations for the Pioneer Trail and we all know how valuable that is. The only thing you’ll have to do is hurry and do it as fast as possible as Zynga will certainly fix this glitch sooner rather than later!
So here is what to do to get much more FREE rations for the Pioneer Trail:
1. Make sure that you have some regular food in your inventory in FrontierVille (Light Snack, Lunch, Dinner – everything goes!)
2. Head to the Pioneer Trail and hit the gift button from there:
3. Now use all the food that you can, it will transform energy into Rations!
So take advantage of this huge glitch as it lasts! It will certainly be taken off pretty soon since Rations should be very hard to get in the Pioneer Trail!

Does anyone know when they say go to pioneer trail and hit gift button what or where that is? I only see the send free gifts.

Why am I not surprised. I think they fixed that in lightening speed. ANYTHING that may HELP us they are on it!! The blasted internet problem. L O L We have had THAT problem since they introduced game. OVER a year and it’s not fixed. Pfhht! Figures!! I did just see they have now changed how quick we get food on the trail. I knew that was coming! Too many were upset that all they want to do is sell horseshoes and sell rations for an obscene price! LOL Least we wont have to wait ALL day to get work done. Plus we have the rations gift link on here but many say you can only hold a little in inventory. Does anyone know how much?

Ration is so limited in this game, hardly be able to do much. Can Zygna add it as a gift? or add more ways to gather more ration?
My game does not have a gift button on the pioneertrail. It does no suprise me as to all the glitchs Zygna needs to work out. Right now I have a game loop at the water well mission. Every tiime I open Frontiervill to play, it says the mission is compleate when it is not. It will not even let me complet the well. So I’m not suprised that some do not have the gift button.
They must have fixed the glitch. I get no new rations from doing this when my rations are full… as soon my ration bar gets just one below full, the gift icon disappears.
