I don’t know if you have noticed this, but personally I found out that in the past few days I wasn’t allowed to send more than 32 gifts at a time to my FrontierVille neighbors:
Until now, the limit was at 40 and it was a pretty decent limit. But 8 people less is quite a few names to put on a blacklist.
Are you having the same problem or you couldn’t care less about the gifting of “regular” gifts in FrontierVille?

Actually I am sending Daily gifts to my 200 and odd friends 32 neighbours at a time. Try yourself friends. It never says no if you keep on sending gifts to 32 neighbours after 32 and so on…

Mine are limited, but I go right back to the gift list and it lets me send until I have sent gifts to all of them. It takes me about 4 or 5 times going back (have many friends).
It’s NOT Zynga, it’s Facebook.
DO NOT send gifts to people who aren’t playing – period.
That Detective Mission was the stupidest idea Zynga had (this part they ARE responsible for).
When Facebook logs numerous Gift Requests being “Ignored” by an App/Game they mark the App/Game as spammy and to “punish” them they cut the number of Gift Requests down.
I’ve seen FarmVille go down to 12 gifts a day at one time.
Just do NOT gift people from the Gift Page who’s Frontier is overgrown and withered. Wall is okay for visit gifts if you want. Wait until they send you a gift and then gift back.
If you need more FV Friends, go to the Game page, or one of the fan groups, and add people that want to play.
well thats dumb when you can except your game requests 2 ways. i ignore the ones on facebook after ı accept them from the actual game its so much easier that way when u have alot.

It doesn’t matter.
Zynga gifting inside the game is different than the ones that go through Facebook.
Facebook sets their policies and expects the game companies to obey them.
It’s not just Zynga games like FrontierVille. Castle Age is an entirely different game company and their gifts were cut down to 10 out of 50 possible at one point in 2010.
I’d rather open 10 tabs in Firefox or GChrome and run through the list quickly that way – I get about 150 gifts a day from three Zynga games and 7-12 from other games. I can get up to 200 gifts a day (Christmas time) handled in under 7 minutes this way.
Opening the tabs lets me get ALL the gifts done fast and then anything inside the game is quickly handled.
But, as far as I know, Ignoring a gift STILL marks it as spam.
