It appears that today is not a great day for FrontierVille as a couple more problems are reported by fans, including myself: two issues that are certainly hampering with our enjoyment of the game!
The first one, as you can see in the image above, is connected to the loading of the game: the loading bar of FrontierVille simply freezes somewhere at around 75% and it doesn’t continue loading, no matter how much you wait. However, after you refresh the page a few times, the game will eventually load and run as intended. An unnecessary wait, though.
And another really annoying problem I have encountered a lot lately is connected to the gift sending process. It happens either when I select the “Free Gifts” button or when I try to pick the friend and I get the following message after a short while of waiting: “Facebook has encountered an error, please refresh your page”:
Usually, nothing here makes me able send gifts to my neighbors and this is driving me crazy. Let’s just hope that these loading and gift sending problems affecting FrontierVille will be fixed soon.

even refreshing wont work for me today. My crops will wither. Yesterday it was blank white screen for farmville & today frontier. All I can say is I’m glad zenga poker is working LOL

I think I’ll give up playing fronterville, It hasn’t loaded properly for days…I can’t see/visit my neighbours, send gifts, go to market or do anything much at all really. The bottom of the screen is cut off completely…ah well, this game takes up way too much of my time anyway!

All of my neighbors are not listed when I try to send gifts. This must be an issue for a lot of people because I have stopped getting gifts from any of my neighbors.
I just did my sons farm and the gifting went very well. I go to my farm and can’t send a gift to anyone. My husband freezes up when he tries to send gifts.
This is not a gift question. Why, the smaller the building the more items you need to build it.
Ugh. the game wont load, or it takes a long time to load, but then it moves in super slow motion. My farmer never completely loads. just little white ghosts. I cant click on anything. Its been like this for 2 days. I have updated Adobe, cleared my cache. everything I was told to do.

My stupid game wont load, it loads all the way through so im not having problems with that, but for a week or so.. it wont load my character and it wont let me do anything ill have it on for a hour and still wont let me do anything concidering i need feed chickens and remove crops(this is the first time playing )so havnt even leveled nothing i have no idea why it wont work !!!
Game won’t load, goes nearly to the end and then says internet connection failed and gives code net status 2. Love the game but this is stupid.
My farm does not load at all on fronterville, I am at level 54 and have lost patience with Zinga and the game..the game gets to about 98 percent then says we have done lost the internet Net status 2 error…so sick of the issues

I agree–I like the game but it’s disgusting when it won’t load, even after refreshing,. PLUS you can’t go to your friends homesteads without a long wait. If you have a full day to waste more power to you. I don’t have problems with Farmville –just Frontierville. Are you listening Zynga????
I’ve gone to a couple of sites to try to get help, tried what they suggested and NOTHING works. I think this is a problem Zynga has to address.
Frontierville and Mafia Wars has same slow loading issues and lots of white screens not to mention gifting and freezing. I thought it was my computer…happy to see its not just me. Sad because I quit playing Cafe World for the same issues. Hoping its fixed soon, these are great games without the issues
I just started getting the net 2 error today and I am getting real irritated I did the cache clearing and deleting the game but still get the issue. If Zynga does not think it is their issue they are clueless.

I got most gift that were sent. In my chicken coop I just needed 3 paint cans and 4 brick when I shut down for the night. Next morning it says I need 3 hammers, 10 nails, 12 bricks, 8 hand drills and 12 paint cans, a total of 45. But it says I need 36. What happened to my stuff and how to get it back?

I spoke to my brother-in-law today he told me that with the amount of problems we are all having and since so many of us have contacted Zynga directly, I have saved all of my emails from them.save yours too, that if there were enough people we could file a class action lawsuit against them. Hey Gozde Endez, you are not alone! I am also having the same problem since yesterday. But a while ago i tried again logging in on my frontierville account, and what do you know,they are there.and after spending all of my accumulated energy i logged out,after sometime i logged in to check my gifts,and again everyone seems to be abducted by aliens!! I already emailed customer support of Zynga yesterday,still waiting for response.

My frontierville is not loading just playing the music while sitting on the load screen. im frustrated, my eggplant, and potatoes will wither, Please fix this problem because I enjoy playing frontierville. I alreay stopped playing farmville and all the rest because of loadind issues. Zynga Fix the problems in your games if you expect people to want to play them. Thank you

I am so bummed that Frontierville won’t load. I truly love this game and am pretty far in advancing but, darn, please fix this problem soon.
I checked my e-mail today and found out that they responded yesterday, they wanted to know exactly what is going on maybe I am not clear with my descriptions,Lol. They wanted to know if I have used the dinner bell to gather the family and the visiting neighbors,and they are waiting for my reply. I told them that I have a dinner bell,but it wont help if every character including the visiting neighbors are not showing up in the game field,even in the family album they are not there.
But there were a couple of attempts yesterday that are succesful, at first they are not showing up,but if I go back to fb homepage and click again the fville application they magically re-appeared or sometime i log in using safari browser,then log out there and enter my fb to another browser like google chrome,then they re-appeared. I don’t know if that helped or not,or maybe just pure luck. But still all in all my frontierville is not working fine,and waiting again for zynga.
Gozde and Fredd just keep sending email to zynga customer support so they know that this certain bug exist in their game, Im still hopeful they would fix it.

I just started having the issue where I couldn’t get the list of Neighbors in frontierville menu page and I also can’t click on wish list links. I get the spinning wheel and then the person and items on their wish list does not show up.
Direct gifts to get or send still show up fine though and game seems to play.
I’ve already tried clearing out the chrome cache. If I can’t get it to work I’ll try using firefox but firefox is slower than chrome so I rather use chrome.

I’m having ALL of the troubles listed above. Game was working fine and now this. Can’t access market or inventory. Can’t go inside buildings. I built my foundry and then everything went kaput. In the past 3 days I haven’t been able to gift neighbors unless I know their names specifically and heck.. I’m old. I can’t remember 56 names! Sad that I’ve reached the last two missions and can’t complete because they won’t fly across the screen to tell me what they are!
Same issue – not able to click on friend’s “wish list” post on their FB pages. It starts to bring up the page but never actually shows the person so I can send them a gift.
I’ve had to do reloads of the page to get the cannons to fire but at least they are firing.
My Chrome browser had an upgrade about a week ago but I think I agree with everyone else that it was when I put the foundry on my land is when I had all these issues with wish lists. I try to use up my send 50 wish list items every day for friends so It’s really tough that I can’t send those unless I can remember specific names as well.
What browser is everyone using and are you seeing similar issues?

Hi, I have no avatars at all right now. I can get into my frontier, send gifts and whatnot but I’m not there so I can’t do any tending or visiting and my family album is now empty! I have no idea what to do.
I don’t think it’s an issue with chrome or our cache files. It’s a zynga problem. I use firefox. I’ve reinstalled everything.. the firefox, the flash, the shockwave, and deleted frontier from applications and restarted. It’s in the company’s hands now. I’ll delete it and find another game.
having problems “go inside” buildings, also when I can get “my stuff to open” have not been able to get inventory to open. really slowing progress down. have pc and laptop, same issues on both.

I can reach my Homestead after a very long wait, which is okay, but when I am on my Homestead I cannot harvest any crops or animals and my ‘spouse’, my ‘kid’ and myself are nowhere to be seen! I can reach my neighbor’s Homesteads but cannot harvest there because my Avatar is also missing then!
This morning I got a huge exclamation mark on my screen that said : “Your xxxxx has crashed!” (I can not remember what word was used) and the screen is still white with this huge exclamation mark sitting in the centre and I am in tears right now!

Heh… over the last month I have kept a record of how many reloads it took to get into Frontierville.
This is inclusive of ONLY the attempts where I ACTUALLY GOT INTO THE GAME and was able to play.
My overall chance of getting to play Frontierville on any given attempt is about 20%, if I am patient and willing to hit refresh over and over and over.
First try = 3 times
Second try = 3 times
Third try = 9 times
/////////////////////////
10-15 reloads = 26
16-20 reloads = 15
21-50 reloads = 4
/////////////////////////
50-80 reloads (I am patient) 10 times
more than 80 reloads = 2 times. (this was a nightmare but I refused to give up).
I am sick and tired of it!
Fix it or take it out of Beta (after freezing our status and accomplishment so we don’t lose anything…ESPECIALLY those of us who have put money into the game… I am out about $150.00 give or take)
Don’t put it back into Beta until we can play it.
DON’T Dare lose my progress.
The issue ONLY exists with Frontierville (I have zero problems with other Zynga games hosted by Facebook and I have Zero problems with any other Flash games hosted by anyone).
My Flash Player is TOTALLY up to date and TOTALLY correct in every way).
My computer is State of the Art and has never shown any problems handing much more demanding Flash Games.
ONLY Frontierville gives me any problems.

Bryan, I am exactly the same as you. I have put money into the game too and I am really fed up!! Zynga must be well aware of the problem but doesn’t do anything about it, there is no enjoyment anymore. You are far more patient than me lol I get so mad I just swear at it after about 10 attempts and get out of it lol

Played it for the last two weeks. Most features work but one really severe error — I cant access “my stuff” menu from day one.
I have tons of completed collections but no way to access them.
deleted cache didnt help
deleting program from facebook settings and reinitalizing didnt help either.

My best guess is the sharp axes promo from mafia wars might be interfering somehow.
Frontierville worked fine last night and now today it will do nothing. The green bar gets almost there and stops. I have refreshed countless times, deleted cache, updated flashplayer, shut down and restarted my computer several times. I can’t think of anything else to try. Anyone have any ideas?
Flash player is completely up to date on home and office computers which are geographically 50 miles apart and on different high speed internet connections. Uninstalled and reinstalled flash player multiple times on both comps. Run WinXP Pro OS and Google Chrome on both comps, also COMPLETELY up to date. STILL can’t stop load problems, freeze ups,and those EVER so annoying ‘pop up’ reminders like “Go visit so and so’s farm” or “You are out of energy” duh!!! NOW one of my three frontierville id’s is not getting ANY gifts, and I mean zero, for about a week now, even tho I’ve sent many many gifts. What is up???

That game started from the outset with problems and so I stayed and whether or not charged or something disappears .. Now it will semeistovo me and nothing I can do! So time passed since the game, but whether it will solve these problems soon?

I hit the Point of Diminishing Returns yesterday.
I can’t afford the time it takes to play Frontierville.
It takes a minimum of 5-10 tries to get into the game and once it does load there is no certainty that it will let me do anything.
I cannot access any of the Menus.
Can’t access the Gifts.
Can’t access the Store.
Can’t visit my Friends.
Can’t be sure that when it does allow me a few minutes of play that it is accounting for the Money or Experience.
That’s enough.
Over the past few months, since Mafia Wars screwed me, I have been taking screenshots of every reciept that I got from buying stuff from Zynga.
I am going to post those screenshots to a couple of sites with a warning about Zynga.
All the time I spent on the game was wasted, all of the money was wasted.
I have to call it quits and move on to another game.
Frontierville had such a wonderful premise and could have been the best game ever.
Sorry Zynga, you have treated me as badly as I can remember ever being treated by any internet entity.
You don’t respond and you seem not to care.
I know for a fact that you have done nothing to fix even the problems that could be fixed so I don’t expect you to fix the problems that might take more effort.
As a result of this fiasco I have made a decision about future spending.
I won’t put another cent into a Zynga game no matter if you fix the rotten ones or not.
My decision.
You can keep the money I have already spent, and wasted.
And you can bet your Grandmother’s teeth that I will never never make the mistake again.

Bryan, I agree with everything you have said. I will not be playing any Zynga games in future. The way we are treated is disgusting and I have put quite a bit of money into the games as well. They are money grabbers!!!! We are treated like fools and put into a position where we have to spend money to complete most of the quests. So many people complain about Frontierville but Zynga never address the problem. WAKE UP ZYNGA!! Players are dropping out of your games, as what should be fun has become a stressful pastime
My problem in this game is.. i cant open Market, My Stuff, Send Gift.. and my character are all White.. when could this be FIX!
My problem is that Frontierville loads, but I get the “we’ve lost internet connection”….message
after 30 seconds or so. Next I have to redo whatever I managed to do in those 30 seconds.
Very irritating. What is totally discouraging is to see that obviously Frontierville has been having this problem since july and aparantly the bug has not been fixed. I love(d) the game, but now it is a source of aggravation. My flashplayer is up to date, my computer and connection are fine (can play other games on other sites with no problems whatsoever).
Some objects can only be acquired by playing other games that (seem to) make problems worse.
So…am I to conclude that Zynga doesn’t give a hoot about how the game runs or what?

*** Problem Solved *** at least for me.
I stopped using IE (IE 8 in this case) and Firefox (FF 3.1) and started using Google Chrome for all Zynga games and completely solved the problem. I don’t know why or how Chrome handles Flash better that my other Browsers but it most certainly does (I have suspicions but…). A clean version of Chrome solved ALL of the loading and gift-giving issues. Now I can play all of the Zynga Flash game (yes, all of them) without the issues we all seem(ed) to be having.
With Chrome you will need the same Flash plug-in that Firefox uses. (avaliable from Macromedia —> ** and manually install it if you are familiar with the process because it sometimes won’t install otherwise **

When I need items and it tells me to ask a friend or if i go to send a gift , when i click on it it goes to a blank screen and doesnt allow me to see the gifts or to send request , this is aggrevating !!
Is anyone on the staff of Facebook really working on these issues. My character has been a blank white ghost for about 2 weeks now. Now, for the last 2 days Frontierville won’t load at all. Also for the last 2 weeks, It jumps ahead, won’t send gifts, won’t do anything properly. PLEASE GET IT FIXED!!!!!!!!

Here is a new one I haven’t read about. When someone visits me, they don’t leave. When I click on them again, I get to use “BUM’S RUSH” to send them on their way. I am using Safari. It seams more stable then IE8 or Firefox. Have also tried Chrome and Chromeplus. Chrome won’t load up the avatars.

I finished number 3 on the wedding for over sea relatives, THREE times and it goes to 4, then it jumps back to 3 again..this requires 400 food, so we are talking alot of work here..anybody else had this problem or a solution to it??
I haven’t been able to send and receive gifts for over a week which means I cannot complete task like asking neighbours for things to send e.g. babies clothes which means I have to do everything the hard way that takes me so much longer. I am still trying to complete the making babies clothes. What a real pain. Almost ready to give up on Frontierville altogether.
Sending so many gifts and friends not receiving, but Frontierville is deducting them….Sent 110 cloths to my friend (3) times…She never received 1 and they were deducted from my inventory….I already have several friends who stopped playing….I am ready to hang it up….This should be fun not aggravating…
I haven’t been able to load Frontierville for at least a week and a half now, I use safari but downloaded Google Chrome and no change, I even tried it on a friend’s computer (he has had no problems) but as soon as I log in it still won’t work! The support section just says they’re trying to fix it but it has said that for god knows how long now.
@ Sal, that feature is part of the new toll booth. It keeps your visitors on the screen so you can use the toll booth later, even if you already accepted their help. I’m not sure if they stay when you reload the game though. It’s pretty much a backup if you “Accept” their help, then realize you didn’t collect the toll on them yet.
And I have no idea why, but for the past couple days, my Game Bar has been telling me I have a visitor on my land. I CANNOT find them anywhere (I even cleared out my tree farm to see if they were hiding there, no) and I’m getting a little frustrated. I’m not sure if the game is also registering that I have a visitor, thereby hampering the number of visitors i can have on my frontier at once. I dont want to redownload the Game Bar unless absolutely necessary, because it always seems to glitch up on my computer and I end up trying 3 or 4 times before I can actually get it.

I have been having the same issue for about the last wk.
I have tried loading the game on Google Chrome, Firefox & Opera. I get the same problem on all three browsers, game bar only loads about 75% and then stops. I have un-installed & re-installed Java several times, ran all kinds of cleaners, etc. on my system & still unable to load the game. I also followed their instructions on their website titled, Loading/Connection Troubleshooting-Updated 10/11/2010 10:31 AM. I emailed Zynga on 10/13/10 from their website about the issue along w/ snap shots of the game not loading & a report from Chrome showing in detail the Java issue. They are suppose to get back to me within 48 hrs., it has been 48 hrs. as of this evening, still waiting..

Good morning I don’t know if anyone else is having a problem loading the game? It has not been loading at all! The pages crashes and it also says we have lost internet connection. I have refreshed my Adobe and the page several times. Can anyone please help me!

Frontierville slows my computer down to almost not working at all. I have to re-boot if I want to do ANYTHING else on the internet. I am using Firefox on windows XP3. I have scanned my computer 7 ways from heaven and can find no malware/virus/trojan to be causing this and after reading the postings here since JULY, it is apparent that this is not exclusive to just me – and so far the makers of this game have not fixed the trouble either. I am sick of restarting every time I want to do anything else on the internet. I will give them1 week to fix (after all they have had all summer at this point!) and if it isn’t fixed i shall quit the game. I don’t need this hassel – my time is valuable too ya know.

I have had loading issues for a couple of days now. Constantly freezing and saying I need to refresh. When i refresh I lose food and coins each time. I am really ready to give up. Today the loading issues are really bad. most times it wouldn’t load at all. other times it would load and I could play for a little bit them lagging starts and freezing and the cycle begins. Cleaned by cookies no change and using Googlechrome. Any thoughts?
My friends and are are now having the same issue, cant get in to frontierville you get your property screen and it may either be blank(all green, no crops or animal/buildings etc) or when you finally can see all your stuff you get a screen thats says lost internet connection please refresh. then on top of everything else it locks up my entire computer, cant exit out, can do anything else, thought maybe my pc so ran spyware, virus scan, cleaned cache, defragged got rid of cookies etc etc. tried both sarfari AND windows explorer doesnt matter still same issue. tried another computer that didnt matter either each time tried to get in same thing. screen gets to my land but then freezes and when finally see everything loses connection again…i havent had any issues before but this current issue has been for the past 2 days. EXTREMELY frustrating! what gives?
Yes, all the same loading issues, but people can visit me fine and everything shows up … I think it may have something to do with all the frontloaded advertising popup crap they have going on … when you have a large homestead with lots of stuff, it just can’t load …. stop the popups zynga!

I’ve been a happy player of frontier ville since it was born onto the net, but unfortunately now i’m just fed up!
Ever since I’ve done some updates several days ago i can’t get frontier ville to load and play without it freezing up the game, crashing my browser, or freezing my computer!
Now I’ve tried everything to try and fix it, I’ve disabled add-ons, plug ins, I’ve tried reinstalling flash player, reinstalling my browser, etc…. nothing has worked!
Sure I could play farm ville, or whatever, cause those still work, but for some reason it won’t load frontier ville, I even have my roommate sitting right next to me right now who can play it just fine, there has to be a simple solution, and if i can’t get that solution, I’m quitting frontier ville!
I know I’ve put a lot of my personal time into this game and I’ve gotten really far! But if it’s not going to load one day and the next and the next, then there’s something wrong with the way things are ran! when i play frontierville, the game takes forever to load, and my mouse freezes up, when i hit ctrl+alt+del to close it out, it says flash player is not responding. anybody got any ideas on how to keep flash player working, so my game won’t freeze up?
For the last 2 days now I have been having problems with Frontierville not wanting to respond. It will load fine then the screen will freeze so I have had a hard time playing and I’m not happy because I love this game. Mine started messing up yesterday afternoon. Killed a groundhog and the ghost never appeared but you know he is there because of the red crops, etc. Now I can’t do anything. For the last 24 hours it loads real slow then when you do anything it freezes up. Gives you shockwave errors, page not responding mssgs, etc. Apparently this isn’t affecting everyone as some of my neighbors are still posting. Still no answer from Zynga after 2 emails.

Called my computer guy and he took over my computer by remote to fix the problem, nothing!!! He spent by the clock 4 hours adding and updating plugins,changing settings,cleaning cookie,cache,history and the whole enchildada and NOTHING.
Continues to freeze and crash.
The problem is with Zynga,who cares less ,now there is a big explanation that “some players are having difficulties but they are working on the issue”. Meantime there are the Halloween goals that alot of players are missing out on.
How frustrating.
Never had any problems with FTV since I started playing, when it first came out in June. Ever since they added halloween missions and halloween stuff, my game won’t load. I’ve been getting net status 2 internet connection loss which disables me ever loading past the logo (cover page). Had it for days. Contacted Zynga, they fixed problem. For 3 days it worked only on my Safari browser. Today, I’m getting that net status 2 error again. I heard that this is the worse bug that you can get on FTV
For four days in a row, I cannot open My Stuff, the market won’t open. I cannot get inside my buildings. I cannot access to my goals. So how can I finish my goals? Please help me.

Suddenly in the Hank Mission I lost it. Needed to sell 1 more cow, so I bought a “cow ready” boost. Sold the cow, and continued up to mission IV. But then the server kicked me out (netstatus) (2). And ended back to mission II when refreshing.. Tried many times…found out that when I’ve used the boost on one cow, it klicks.
And now I cannot even get in! All white screen.
Really pisses me off!!!
I tried Farm Ville just now… I can’t get in! same problem as Frontier!
Seems like a Zynga-problem…

This figures. I was about to type and it went back to the top of the page. This is typical stuff for Zynga. You have good ideas for games but can’t really pull them off. I have been having problems downloading Frontierville for about a month now. I cannot ask for gifts and my Missions keep starting over just when I am about to complete them. Since I can’t ask for gifts now, I miss the deadlines and my friends don’t know what gifts I need.
This sucks big time. I love the game but I cannot stand the long frustration. I keep saying I will not play any longer but I keep going back hoping Zynga got it together. Disappointment again!

I dont think Zynga really cares if people have a problem: because while all of us may be having problems, so many others are still playing! Zynga does not understand the concept of “Customer Service” : they are too busy counting money… They should be SUED for harassment – if any of you do decide to go forward with filing of a suit and need evidence, do let me know: I will forward my scroes of emails over the last 2 months that have landed on deaf ears. I am based out of India and hence I cannot do anything from so far away: but any group of people planning to get resolution, I will be the first to join!!
Monica Mathur you are being very dramatic!!!!….SUEING ZYNGA….come on…. it is a free game and I also have a lot of problems with it, but I still go back and try again. If you don’t like the way it is operating….don’t play it and go to pogo games or other game sites sites
If it is a free game, why has Zynga set up customer support??
Nothing is free in todays world: Zynga earns when we play, no one can support such elaborate setups for free.
They need to get their act together and ensure that problems of customers are addressed in a timely fashion – they need to establish their credibility by excellent customer support because that is the ONLY differentiating and leading factor for them to be the best in their league…
My game seems to be loading (takes some time) with missing buildings….my school and inn don’t show up. The school will appear every 2nd or 3rd time I play, the inn however hasn’t loaded for 3 days now….hard to finish missions!

I have had it. I want to do something. I want to make a statement at Zynga for treating us like a bunch of idiots. When I write, I get the most wonderful apologies, a whole bunch of sweet-talking, but no improvement to the game. Do tell us if you are still having problems with this issue…Yeah, I did so FOUR times. Be it Mr Otto N or Mr Carlos R, who pretend to adress me personally, the letter is a standard issue and the effect is zilch. Does anybody know what would be an effective way to give them a wake-up call? Maybe we should all quit at once? Maybe we should all say this and this date we will simply not log on but send a message across the whole of facebook that we are not taking it anymore?

I have had trouble with Frontierville since I started playing the game. It is so slow and now I can’t get the market or mystuff to respond. I don’t this problem as much with other games.

I’ve been having major loading issues now for over 2 months. I have written to Zynga and received replies from about 6 different people saying the issues have been fixed, they never last anymore than 2 days and I’m at the point now where I cannot get into my Frontier at all. I have written to Zynga again and they just say they escalated the complaint, it’s been 6 days now and still no reply (I have not been able to get into the game at all for the past 6 days either). I’m really getting sick of being ignored, I take it Zynga doesn’t care if no one plays their game. I have tried everything to get the game to work.
I have:
uninstalled and reinstalled my flash player (it automatically updates regularily as well)
uninstalled and reinstalled my network connection
clear my cache daily (sometimes several times a day)
tried Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Foxfire and Safari (no luck with any of them)
lowered my firewall
lowered my security
had other friends try to load in as me
tried other computers (at the 2 local libraries)
uninstalled and reinstalled java
I have run my antivirus and malwarebytes (there’s no viruses or anything malicious on my computer)
I’ve really run out of ideas of what to do. I’ve done way more than Zynga has told me too and still no luck and they are not helping me. This has to be a Zynga issue at this point. I get pop-ups on top of pop-ups, when I’m in my inventory I get 3 and 4 pop-ups on top of eachother, when I close them they just keep coming. I cannot get into the game no matter how many times I refresh, I keep getting “lost internet connection” messages, before this all came down to not getting in at all, when I would visit my neighbors, it would refresh my game on it’s own. I cannot see wishlists, it freezes going into the market and my stuff. When I’m trying to load in, somethings will load like my buildings, turkeys, horses, mules, etc… and then when I refresh, still trying to get into the game my buildings, turkeys, mules etc… disappear.
I could go on all day listing the issues I’m having and I have reported all of them to Zynga Customer Support and on the Zynga Forum page and still no help. Has anyone come up with anything to fix this? I love this game but spending 20 hours a day (litterally) trying to get it to load in for 6 days straight now, is killing me. I really cannot take much more of it. Is Zynga ever going to help?
Any advice that anyone can give me? I’m open to try anything at this point but getting ready to throw in the towel on this game soon. I have made it to level 68 and don’t want all my hard work to go to waste if I don’t have too.

For 2 days now…..I’m able to play the game and gift, but whenever I try to ask for gifts.the box that requires you to click on “publish” will not appear…….so there is no way for my friends to be able to send me my gifts……
Have all of the above problems. Main thing at present is game locking up and can’t do anything. Have to start over several times before it will work and then maybe only long enough to do a couple of things.
Forgot to mention, my paths and animals keep disappearing. And now I am trying to do the overseas wedding mission. Did everyone else have to make 80 cake batters? Where will I ever get enough food to do that??? Surely 20 would have been enough for this mission!!!

It only loads up halfway on my screen… I press CTRL , ALT, + to zoom but it barely shows and still won’t give me the bottom view (market, items, neighbors, etc)it’s annoying because I click Accept Help from neighbor if I accidently hit Go to Homestead I can’t get back to mind since nothing on my lower page loads. PLUS links pop up with new missions and won’t let me click around ’till I OK them…and I can’t even get the button to work to click it off my screen therefore my whole game won’t allow me to move or click anything ’till the alert is gone in which I cannot view completely to press.
Adter playing my Frontierville for a few minutes today, me screen was cut to the right and I am no longer able to click on anything past the market tab as it is not there! I play 4 farms a day on my pc and this is driving me mad as it is affecting every user. My screen resolution is as it should be but this fault is only on this game. Please help!
I have been having problems with Frontierville for a couple months or more-the same problems as everyone else. It freezes up, I am unable to access the market, my inventory, neighbors, takes forever to load, I can’t look at quests except infrequently, sometimes it makes a “pinging” sound when I try to do something, etc., etc., etc. I get the same old song and dance from support, “they are working on it.”
They keep adding quests before they fix the problems-have they overloaded the system? And where are you supposed to put all the new buildings-the expansion quest is not only ridiculously tedious-the space is smaller than last time. Big whoop they added about two inches on two sides-not enough for new buildings.
I’ve had it with the “game.” When it’s not fun anymore: QUIT!!!!
My problem is when I post requests, the box stretches out and the pblish and skip button are hidden. Critter Milk and Poop Crew seem to particularily bad. I have also had the problem of finishing a mission or spending horseshoes and its says “Frontierville just got better-please refresh your page” and lo! and behold! the horseshoes/coins/food are gone but the mission hasnt been completed so I have to do it all again-very annoying when you ca only ask for some things once a day. I only have a handful of friends that play so building something takes forever. This is the only game I have actually bought game cards for and as soon as I load them-i start having problems. And for the lucky few that can actually get in contact with-blast them as much as you can-it’s a big scam to get you to spend more money

I can’t play the Frontierville tonight – the loading bar of FrontierVille simply freezes somewhere at around 75%-80% and it doesn’t continue loading, no matter how much you wait or how much you refresh
Oh and about the request box stretching out, on to the box where you type things then click tab that might work.
One of the problems is my avatar. She freezes after each action so it takes a long time to complete anything. Also my animals are not increasing in size when clicked on by the avatar.
I love this game but I may have to bow out.

I can get onto the game fine and receive all my gifts etc but as soon as I try and send free gifts, invite friends or ask friends for things nothing happens. Does anyone know what is going on?? Loading is slow – but the main problem on my game is my food/energy keeps being blocked. I get a certain amount then it`s all blocked. Very annoying as it is preventing me from moving forward. About four weeks now with this problem and still not solved.

I just started playing frontierville and it was all good untill i tried to invite friends or send thank you’s or post anything like my wish list or post anything on my wall for facebook. Its been like this for 3 days now. i cant move up in levels with out all this working so none of my friends know wat i need or anything so im screwd. WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT THESE ISSUES….i want them fixed i love the game but if i cant get these fixed i have no choice but to stop playing.

my free gifts page will not even come up.and it it want show the individual friends list when u have to request gifts from them for a mission.does anyone know how to fix this
Well every one welcome to zynga’s page of complaints, and on that note I will join you as well for almost a week now have not been able to send anyone gifts just wondering what level some of you players are a lot of my issues started when I hit level 80 onwards, now level 86 and cannot send anyone gifts which makes me feel bad.
Why you ask cause all my players depend on me to send them giftsd vice versa that is how my group works we are all good players and help each other out everywhere possible, so now they are all sending me what i need and cannot even help them out that makes me feel real bad.
Zynga you need to address all issues, people have spent a lot of time and money investing in this game and a lot of us are not happy at all, i need to be able to send out gifts so please fix do not want to give up on the game has taken toooooo lonnnnnnnnnnng to get where i am so please we need to send GIFTS
For the past few weeks like everyone else I have been having trouble loading Frontierville-if it eventually loads after forever I cant receive or send gifts and then it freezes. Farmville is fine-enjoyed Frontierville but guess I will have to find another game to play.!!!!!

From last 4 days my frontierville loading bar freezes after completing 80%…….Why?..
Frontierville just isn’t working out today. It doesn’t save what I do complete when it finally loads, and half the time it doesn’t load enough to do anything. This is kind of frustrating….
Like everyone else i’m having problems too,when people send me gifts i can’t send them gifts back and when i need something it want load my friends so i can ask them. Zynga needs to address this problem i spent alot of money and familly time. I mean of all the games Zynga offers this by for the best and now that we are almost ready to go the other maps like the oregon trail they need to fix this.and i wish they would make it run faster too sometime times it really drags alot it makes it no fun when you have to reload every 5 min to play…..so zynga if your listening please fix this problem or you could lose millions of people and dollars…….
I too, have been experiencing significant problems with Frontier Ville. It takes forever to load and then talls my computer for forever. Does anyone know if this problem can be resolved or should I remove it. It is unbelievable, nothing is happening and it is just frustrating.

Frontierville will not load at all and I cannot accept givts, they just delete.

this is sooooo FUSTERATING!! why can’t someone (the developers) fix this! my frontierville wont load, either. been messing with it for two days now, this time. it’s happened before, but i love the game when it actually works!
Try going to Zynga support this is a fan blog. You will get nothing done from this site.
When I try to use my Game Requests it leaves them in the list when I accept them. Starting to build up. Does it in Farmville and Frontierville. Anyone else having that problem
Mine is doing the same thing. I can not get rid of anything out of my game requests. I don’t know if this is a glitch or what is causing this. If anyone knows of a solution let me know.

Please help me i havent been on frontierville for 2 weeks now n my missions are going up and my crops are withered. I cant play the game because i have to go get my noticfications but notifications wont load.
My frontierville homestead won’t load neither will the gift page. It has been that way for days. I really enjoyed playing but it isn’t worth all this trouble. Please help.
we have a similar problem,my laptop works fine,but my desktop freezes with a white screen/exclamation point.
Whenever i click on a present on my wall to send to friends the apps.facebook.com freezes and wont send yet on my wifes laptop beside me it lets me do it on hers?
still having problems. Even tonight, cant accept any of my friends posts, it just loads forever from the news feed.. it worked great this morning.. but tonight we have issues.

I haven’t been able to get into Frontierville for a week. I just keep getting a white screen and it won’t let me pick up my gifts. Now Gardens of Time is giving me the same problem. I’m ready to just block all the Zynga games. They’re too stressful lately….
Every time I try to help my friends on their wall post(frontierville) it does nothing. If I click twice it directs me to a blank white screen ! Been like this for a week. grrrrrr
Same as the above posts. My game wouldn’t load — I uninstalled Flash Player and Flash Player Active X and reinstalled — that did it for me.
However, whenever I click on a friend’s post to help them in News Feed, it takes forever to load — If you leave it long enough (about 1 min), it’ll show up. Did Frontierville put in a delay interval so people can’t send/help too fast?
For over a week now, at different times of the day, i find i cant send gifts from the News Feed.
It gets very annoying when your trying to help people and you get a page loading for ages with a white page.. Its been 5 mins now still not loading.
I have tried opening in a new tab, New Page, same page. nothing helps.
I have tried refreshing.. Closing the browser re opening even chaning between Firefox and IE.
Even cleaning temp internet files. Still no help.
Frontierville please fix this, so its up and working 99% of the time.
I am unable to go to my neighbors page and get or give them gifts. It’s been happening for a week and it is a week I haven’t played… Not gonna try much longer.
I have not been able to play Frontierville well for over two weeks now. I am unable to click on the Facebook Wall to send gifts or posts for neighbours – which has now completely encumbered my playing ability. Loading issues and constant “internet refresh” needed has me at a stale mate. Friends of mine just quit playing FarmVille and now I’m going to quite FrontierVille too – why bother as I can’t enjoy playing with my friends while they have all completed all the wedding tasks and I can’t get much going. Too bad, I was enjoying this game
I too have been having issues with clicking on neighbors wall posts for about 2 1/2 weeks. It just says “connecting” on the latest version of FireFox. I have IE 8 and I’ve tried it on that as well and still doesn’t load. I eventually tried using Frontierville Bonus Checker and that “worked” for a couple days, except it took 3-5 minutes per post to load. Pretty lame to discover there are no items left. I emailed Zynga and they just said “we are aware and don’t know how to fix it but we are looking into it” yeah right…So then I go to Bonus Checker today, and even that doesn’t load. I don’t want to download chrome as some people are telling me. Firefox works for everything, it always worked with Frontierville, and now there are issues. Does anyone have a fix for this? If I can’t fix it I guess I’m done playing
Every two days while opening gifts a message pops up saying I have too many items and soon won’t be able to get more gifts. I have 12 missions plus. In my “box” I have so many things from over a year I cannot sell, cannot gift. And, cannot use for anything. In my collections I have 99 bear skulls, bear teeth, and in the wildflower collection I have flowers that will never be used. When there is one item that is rare to find, there is no way to use 98 skulls! I have asked other players do they need these. And it is unfair to dump them on people. Can’t Zinga put in a delete option? In the gift box a few things can be sold, but most cannot be sold.
If a limit is going to be placed on how many items we can have, we need to have a method of eliminating what we don’t need, and this includes all items.
I have a lot of trouble with the internet explorer on Frontierville. Now I cant load Pioneer Tril. The internet explorer stops me on that one.Zigma you need to look into this. A lot of my friends are getting discusted with these games. Can you help.
My game will not load all the way, I am not the only one with this problem all of my neighbors are doing the same thing! Once in awhile you can get in to play but it’s usually messed up to where you can’t receive or send gifts. It didn’t do this until it was changed last week. How are we suppose to play our games when we can’t even get it to load. My other games work fine!

The point is, maybe someone will come up with something…and I have, I wrote awhile back (few comments up) that I was having the same trouble…I switched to Google Chrome and now everything works fine…still doesn’t work in FireFox though…there is a FireFox 6 update which I haven’t done yet, so I’m not sure if it works on there yet or not
I’m fed up with Frontierville, Pioneer Trail expectually. They bugs are endless, loading, connection issues. It just goes on and on. I’ve complained on the forum, sent private messages, emailed and not getting a single responce. I’m very upset right now and about to quit all together! I agree with Rachel, Frontierville needs to get thier @*$#$ together. This game is messed up!

IT IS VERY LAME THAT YOU PUT SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT INTO THESE STUPID GAMES. THEY MAKE YOU ADDICTED AND THEN TAKE IT AWAY.. Or rather not have them work correctly, in the last few months I have lost almost half (or more) of my friends who were playing this game. People are quitting left and right because they are tired of it. I have tried countless times to contact customer support and I do not get anyone or they never respond. I was on the chat the other day and it said 3 minute wait, I left my computer on all day and they never did get on. Which now I guess they have taken away the customer service chat. I can not send anything it takes like 5+ minutes(and sometimes wont even let me at all) and over the last few weeks the lag is so unbearable I do not even play. THEY BETTER WAKE THE HELL UP OR I AM GOING TO CREATE A GAME THAT WILL TRUMP THEIRS AND IT WILL NOT HAVE THE ISSUES THEY HAVE. COME ON FOLKS IT IS 2011 YOU CAN FIX THESE GAMES!!!!!!!!!
my gmae loads but when i go to request a item for one of my missons it does nothing at all and then i have to start it all over again just to see my farm. and when i go to invite friends it wont show up so i cant even send out invtes whats up with that?? am tried of having all these problems am about done playing this dang game..
When I travel to Pioneer Trail from Frontierville, I click continue and then it won’t load. I have been trying for 2 days and I am really getting fed up!!
Can not request gifts from other people. I will ask for it but it gets lost before it makes its to a post. PLEASE GET IT FIXED. I have had this problem for over a week.

What I don’t understand: If there are so many of us who are so fed up with Zynga’s apparent incompetence to launch anything that keeps functioning for more than a day, why is it we cannot ACT? If we are so many, we should have a voice and an influence. Maybe we should (could) call an event where we MASSIVELY plan to boycot the game for a limited time? Would that send the message? Everyone can rant and complain, but it clearly makes no impression on Zynga, and why would it, when it is nothing but words, data, with no consequence to them?
I am a die-hard: in spite of endless glitches and an equal amount of frustrations, I have kept returning to the game again and again. It is hard to quit something that you have already put a lot of effort into, and something tells me Zynga knows this all to well. They might as well answer: haha, honey, you are SOLD anyway.
They do not SAY that, but they ACT that way. No they say sorry, and generally sweet-talk us…Throw in a reward on occasion. (Has anyone else noticed their rewards have also decreased and we never get horseshoes anymore?)
I won’t say I quit, cuz I suspect I will return to the game sooner or later….but I do wish we could give a STRONG signal to Zynga to stop messing around.
I have not been playing my zynga because of the problems well some are fixed but Fronterville still is not downloading any of my building.I hope this gets fixed soon,
