One of our readers, Kimberly, has reported some really strange problems she is having with FrontierVille / The Pioneer Trail and I thought I’d share them with you because we get so busy playing the game and asking for the items that we forget that there are quite a few problems in the game that should be addressed. For example, Conclucktors which can be stored in the Chicken Coop but can’t be fed, buildings from the Emporium that trigger a game stopping error or storage shed problems.
Here is the message from Kimberly, detailing all the problems and I am sure she’s not the only person having them:
“Conclucktors will go into chicken coops, they will take up space in your count but you will not be able to feed them, see them or obviously, remove them. (Thanks to your site, I already have my railroad crossing signs so it’s not a real problem for me, but it could be for other players). I have a pardoned Turkey in my coop instead of the animal hospital…
They do not have enough upgrades available for all the trees they are introducing so there is not enough room in the orchard but they are storing open graves and spiderwebs from ghost town in the orchard instead of the shed. Lol! I don’t know how they came to the decision that those were trees.
Buildings can not be taken out of the emporium to allow you to use the red eye on them. When you try, to get the “report bug” pop-up and need to refresh your game. Red eye does work on the emporium, but I have never gotten the second collect bonus to count for the missions. I have stopped wasting my red eye.
Seems like a lot more bugs than usual. They need to slow things down for a while and work on fixing this stuff before they hurry to create more problems.”
Indeed, there are quite a few problems here and probably the most important right now is the Conclucktors one, so make sure that you don’t try to store any in the Chicken Coop at least until Zynga finds a solution to these problems. Hopefully they will work on something and fix these issues as soon as possible.
having problems regarding sending requests for friends and posting items needed in missions
Having trouble posting for parts and its not giving me the moose that my friends are gifting me so I can’t advance in the goals. Not to mention the constant refresh/report a bug messages I receive daily.
Oh, and I just got a box from the conductor on the railway, a grey box. That is also not appearing in my inventory. About fed up.
I have the same problems as most of them listed above, but my main gripe/concern is….I haven’t been able to get any of the gifts for the Apps and Games now for over two months. Also, many times I try to get a gift off the wall, it’s says I got it, but it’s not in my inventory etc. Sure would be nice if they stopped adding new stuff and for once fixed all the old bugs.
I too can not ask for the things I need.
the reps in support are getting really snotty. My sister in law finally got to talk to one about not being able to ask for the things she needs, and the rep said to my sisiter in law “I am not here to play your game for you.”
I have been saying they need to fidx the problems before they release new things. apparently they just don’t get it. So I am leaving the game. If they get this stuff fixed someone please let me know.
the concluctors arn’t even in the market
I play Frontierville all the time. For some reason I cannot load the game or send requests from my home page. What is going on? Very frustrating.
