Now I have just noticed that the trees on my FrontierVille homestead are not growing anymore, therefore confirming a few e-mail messages received from our dear readers who were having the same problem: FrontierVille trees are not growing anymore and remain stuck in whatever state they were in (chopped, smaller size and so on).
Yes, the two tree wannabees were the same size yesterday and they should’ve definitely grown a little bit since then.
I have searched to find out anything about the FrontierVille trees not growing problem but unfortunately I was unable to find any explanations or announcements, so I think that it’s really safe to assume that it’s just a temporary bug and Zynga is working to fix that. Bring that on because we need to clobber some bears!
Are you having problems in FrontierVille with your trees not growing?
I called the support live chat last week, told them about the trees not growing and they told me, it takes the trees 19 days for the pines and 23 days for the oak to fully grow. Mine are all grown now. It never took that long before. To help me out they gave me fully grown trees in my inventory.
I WANT ONE FULL OAK TREE.

i have been saying this for weeks, i wrote to zynga to ask why but they just completed the mission where i needed bears but didnt explain why. people have been talkng about it on here but were told this is a fansite and to complain to zynga !
I have had the same problem, waiting FOREVER for my trees to grow. I hope they fix this fast, but I appreciate this post and I am glad to know they are being notified.

I posted this before to ppl crying about trees not growing….take this as a lesson! When the bug is fixed set a certain area in your frontier to be forest! Let the trees grow fully and dont chop them unless you need to scare bears!!! If you need to chop trees a certain number of times then just buy that many saplings their not expensive….. People need to stop clearing everything to make their frontier look pretty this goes for the ppl that clear every bit of debris then cry when they need some for a mission….. And if your stuck in a mission over a bug EMAIL ZYNGA….dont b!tch in forums cause it aint gonna help email them and they’ll usually give you HS, items you need or finish the mission for you so you can move on!
I planted a forest and it took over 3 weeks for the trees to fully grow as opposed to the week it used to take. Make sure you let a lot of trees stay grown on your property now, or like me when it comes to a bear clobbering mission you will have a very very long wait.
how are the trees when they are fully grown for example how old are the pine and how old are the oak when they are fully grown i need the info please
You can tell when a Pine tree is fully grown it will take 8 chops to chop it down and it will take 12 chops to take down a fully grow Oak tree
I need several bears, but the despite having chopped all my grown trees few have appeared. Now, due to the sudden extremely slow growth ,the opportunities have shrunk considerably. This is beyond frustrating. Please help. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

It’s crazy with this game. When there’s a mission that needs you to clear grass, all of sudden — boom! Grass almost never appears on your wide open spaces, when it used to appear in a dozen places over night. Mission to clear cacti? Boom. Suddenly they stop appearing or almost never appear. Mission to clobber snakes? The skulls stop appearing. Mysteriously! Just chance? Right.
Zynga is just constantly tweaking things, and analyzing data and their number$, to try and get the most out of everyone. “Don’t like these new frustrations we’ve added, or tweaked??? Well then, pony up!! We’ll escort you right past this frustrating hurdle we introduced just yesterday, for the small fee of, get out your wallet, and hand it over!”
Greedy mothers. Next thing you know, they’ll be adding “Challenging new missions that our players have been asking for: So — the “challenge” is … hand over 170,000 food! Isn’t that an exciting challenge?” … oh wait … they already did that…
There is (was) a bug and I had trees that were on 5 chops for 3 weeks. Emailed Zynga and they completed my last Oregan mission where you had to clobber 8 bears. My trees are now back to growing. Zynga is great at helping you out – just email them!
