Unfortunately, FrontierVille is not a perfect game (from a technical point of view), so it has its share of bugs and problems you might encounter every now and then. If you happen to have such a problem, you could contact Zynga directly by sending them a support ticket. In this article I will tell you how to send a support ticket to Zynga regarding your FrontierVille problems.
First of all, you will have to go to this link (click to open in a new window), where Zynga already has answers for some of the biggest problems players might have and you can see them all under the category “The hottest issues and answers for FrontierVille”.
If your problem is not listed there, you should click the “See more” button and try to search for an answer for your problem. If again that is not listed there, it is the time to send Zynga a support ticket. To do so, after clicking the “See More” link, you will be able to click the E-mail us button to the right hand side of the screen.
Once you click the button, everything is pretty self-explanatory: you will have to select the type of problem (for example, if you deal with missing Horseshoes, you should select billing and payments) and follow the steps to send Zynga the support ticket. They usually respond in up to 48 hours to your problems and, if they’re real, they will fix them as soon as possible.
