Unfortunately, FrontierVille is not a perfect game (from a technical point of view), so it has its share of bugs and problems you might encounter every now and then. If you happen to have such a problem, you could contact Zynga directly by sending them a support ticket. In this article I will tell you how to send a support ticket to Zynga regarding your FrontierVille problems.
First of all, you will have to go to this link (click to open in a new window), where Zynga already has answers for some of the biggest problems players might have and you can see them all under the category “The hottest issues and answers for FrontierVille”.
If your problem is not listed there, you should click the “See more” button and try to search for an answer for your problem. If again that is not listed there, it is the time to send Zynga a support ticket. To do so, after clicking the “See More” link, you will be able to click the E-mail us button to the right hand side of the screen.
Once you click the button, everything is pretty self-explanatory: you will have to select the type of problem (for example, if you deal with missing Horseshoes, you should select billing and payments) and follow the steps to send Zynga the support ticket. They usually respond in up to 48 hours to your problems and, if they’re real, they will fix them as soon as possible.
Let’s just hope that you won’t need to send them a support ticket for FrontierVille!

Cannot play frontierville. It loads for about a minute then says lost internet connection,refresh. Level 98 and about to quit.

I’ve tried several times today to send a support ticket to Zynga. Clicking “send” only goes back to the top of the page. I tried going directly to Zynga and using the support link in Frontierville. There’s no indication the emails were successfully sent. Has anyone else encountered this?
i harvested 17 cows and 25 cotton and never got any coins or bonus at all why,
also got 2 lepricans and nothing either. this happens offten. we harvest to get extra coins and bonus’ but half the time you don’t get them why?
Have not been able to play frontierville for over a month from it not loading. I want to know how I can get the game off my computer. I enjoyed it when I was able to play. Had the highest score of all my neighbors and loved playing with my neighbors but it is really no good for me now it has been over a month now and the same everyday and nite.

frontierville missions pop up when clicked on but when clicking on and choosing a mission will not open. Even when clicking on arrow on mission page stays on same page but will not allow to click on any mission, does nothing. Also frontierville constantly asking to refresh, anything done before refreshing is gone. Getting no where with this game. Please help.
i need to kill 3 canadian geese. i have used 45 rations and all i get is gnarly sheep. this is something i have no control over so how am i suppose to complete my mission when i can’t get what i need. also, when i visit neighbors on the trail i don’t get the box that pops up that i can ask what i want them to send me. i don’t think my neighbors even know i visit them. and, my storm shelter only has one page where i can make a fishing tip and a detonator but i don’t have the other page. when i click the arrow to go to the next page it clicks but stays on the first page. so again i can’t seem to make the plunger to finish my mission.

The game says “refresh” all the time.

I have done the trick & treat mission 3 times now. After I craft my fifth gift it’s goes to mission 3 and I harvest my happy bag 4 times. Then when I go back hours later it is back to mission #2 again. I have done it 3 times now. Please fix it and give me my stuff that I have already done Please. This is a pain.
I did it again. And it did the same thing. The Turning Tricks & Treats #2 Mission won’t go to number 3. When I complete it it goes to number 3 then when I come back it’s back at #2 again and it has taken my treats and stuff to craft them. i am having problems with frontierville tasks in the missions… i am having to repeat tasks or the tasks are not registering. i can not make any progress until this issue is resolved. also i cant find a way to email zynga to let them know that i am having issues.
I place the liquar stile 5 days ago and yesterday it disappeared. I accidentally clicked or drug the mouse over the boundery of my homestead and a gray trunk came onto my homestead and the stile was gone. I checked my storage, the market and even moved buildings looking for it. Can not find it anywhere. I need it to complete missions.
I cannot accept me friends requests. Everytime I try to accept gifts from friends it will take me straight to frontierville. I don’t want the game. I play pioneeer trail on facebook. It`s been about a month now that my regular market has`nt opened– The new pig market has`nt opened at all since you put the mission up. The anniversary market either. I am unable to vinish a lot of quest. most of my friends got there markets, but i still don`t have mine. i would like it , if you, zynga would fix it.
