Back when FrontierVille started, I was so pleased with the game and got to consider it for a long time, the best game available on Facebook. I still consider that not any game released after FrontierVille (by Zynga or other companies) was better and none managed to bring into play the same level of revolutionizing content as Zynga’s title did. And this saddens me even more when I realize that FrontierVille is slowly dying and all those people that used to love it are becoming frustrated.
For some strange reasons, Zynga is making the game more and more difficult, having us to ask for hundreds of items in order to get things done, while our active neighbors are less than half the numbers we used to have several months ago. And Zynga should do something to even the playing field and let us experience the best Facebook game, rather than keep it in an unnecessary coma. Because I still love this game and I am sure I am not the only one who does, even though we’re all getting incredibly frustrated with it.
I am republishing below an e-mail I have received from one of our readers, a message that was sent to Zynga themselves and hopefully will be the step required to have Zynga turn things around and make FrontierVille the amazing game that it used to be – and maybe if all of us who are disappointed should send a message to Zynga telling them that we’re still care and we still care about FrontierVille.:
“I am not sure what your goals are on your games, but driving away people seems to be at the top. I used to have fun playing Frontierville, but as of about 4 to 6 months ago, I am no longer having fun. I have spent so many hours and also real money, I have been hanging in there but I am more and more discouraged each day I play.
We used to be able to finish missions by planting crops, visiting neighbors, asking for items ( reasonably ) feeding animals and such, but now everything we need to do require so many different parts, with having to ask for too many items, both on the wall and individual, that it is taking weeks and even longer than a month to finish just 1 mission and most the time I am having to ask your techs for help to do so this. I have had missions time out or just have to abandon them as there are just not enough people to ask. Before you say add neighbors as a solution, I HAVE done this, but it has not helped enough.
I am low income and though I have occasionally bought passes, I cannot afford to buy them on a regular basis nor should I HAVE to buy passes to finish missions.
Since when does adding buildings take so many upgrades. This is what is really pissing me off right now. I just finished gathering all the items I needed for the frontier works and now realize that it was only part 1. I am so angry I am on the verge of crying. I am no longer doing this to myself.
I gave up on Prospect Falls like 5 days into it when I figured out that it was going to be the same thing all over again.
I am sorry that greed has overcome good judgement on your part but as I am typing this it helped to make my decision clear. I am no longer going to play this game or any of your games ( which I never started as this one was the only one I wanted to play at the time and as it progressed it became apparent that I would not have the time nor did I want the additional frustration). I know I am not the only one to feel this way as over 50 percent of my neighbors have quit the game and when questioned, they had the same complaints as I do. This is also not restricted to just Frontierville as many of my friends have been complaining about and or have quit other Zynga games.
Venting here has been good for me even though I know that you will continue to ignore the very people you depend on to keep your games alive. I’m no longer interested in being one of many voices you continue to ignore.”
On this blog, amongst the many, many complaints that we received, I will quote the last two. First, we have Rocky saying:
“I’m sick and tired of having to ask for everything cause I’ve been unable to get/gift any items from the apps section of the game for months, yes months now. Plus, it also ticks me off that when I do finally get some of the items….the next day some have disappeared; or in your gift box you get items and when you go to the mission, they’re not there at all. I think alot of my neighbors have quit cause it’s getting to where I get about 1/10 of the things I request if that. The game has become a total B U M M E R!!”
And our reader Julie notes: “I’m also becoming frustrated with the game, too bad, I did enjoy it till they started overwhelming us with missions that repeat, I have spent money for horseshoes occasionally but not too much and it seems if you don’t your neighbours pull ahead quickly, Im thinking it’s time to quit frontierville”
And I am sure that many of your friends are considering quitting the game. But let’s all say that to Zynga, let’s all tell them that we would still love to play the game if they give us the chance and don’t make it an impossible game to play! Quitting should be the last option.
What is your take on this whole situation and, most importantly, do you think that something can still be done to turn things around?
I agree completely with the above email and the comments. I am sick of the continue upgrades to every new building. I have missions that I ignore because I cannot complete them 4 times! It seems the only thing I do is ask for stuff, feed certain animals and plant certain crops to complete the endless missions. I have added neighbos several times but they usually drop out after a while – reason to much stuff and tired of the constant asking. I really liked this game when I first started but since about the Little Crow ones I have felt that it has become boring and too hard to complete anything. I have continusous problems with requests not working correctly. Jacques keeps showing up from previous missions. I have found another game which I like better and even though I have only 2 friends that play I find it much more interesting and enjoy playing it. It is not a Zynga game.
I too am fed up with frontierville and even getting that way with farmville. It has become so hard to get any of the items you have to have to complete missions. I have had several of my time missions expire because I can not get the items I need. They say go to your wall and click on the items. Well they have changed that up to and now you have to comment on everything you get instead of just liking it. This takes up time also. I have also spent money buying horseshoes trying to complete my missions. That has not helped. I am tired of the repeat missions. this is ridiculous. Like I said it is hard enough to get the stuff the first time much less 3 or more times. I am very disappointed with Zynga. It does seem they are getting greedy, and some of the things that you really need to complete missions you have to buy with horseshoes and I refuse to buy any more. This game started out to be alot of fun. But now it is just becoming a headache, a headache I dont need. I feel if Zynga does not do something about this real soon they will have another ghost town on their hands because like all the others, my friends and neighbors have quit playing also. And as fasr as Gold Rush that has become a joke. I pretty much only go in there if I am totally bored and have absolutely nothing better to do with my time.

I too was a HUGE fan of this game, getting alot of my friends on board as well, but when they started the whole asking for all these items to be purchased or collected by asking friends, it really turned me away. I was very bummed to say the least. I really hope they do something to change it back, make it more realistic to obtain the goals.

i hate the fact things u need,u have to pay with HS,the asking for stuff i dont mind,its the poor timing they have set b4 u can ask again,and we sure enough not going to get anywhere since we r limited to how many we can collect or help others for that matter,well i know when our limit is up we can help others.and why on earth should anyone be foolish to buy with HS,thats crazy to begin with.most of us can live chat for our issues we have etc.people really piss me off for the fact theres either not enough missions,too many missions,or someone cheating.im sick and tired of people complaining.maybe it will be a good thing if pioneer didnt exist then everyone can just go bout what they do at home.maybe pioneer will ease up a little then everyone going to get bored,wanting more missions just cause the others are behind—maybe let us have a button to click on to delete mission or do it……
I quit earlier this week after playing for over 2 years and getting to level 125. I used to love this game but when it becomes more of a job than a game, it’s time to step away. I added at least 35 new neighbors in the last 6 months, just trying to keep up with absurd requirements now for the missions. The constant upgrades are ridiculous. Asking for the same things over and over again is tiring. Being allowed to collect only 50 awards in a 24 hour period is not enough. I played Prospect Falls 1 time and realized it was going to be duplicating Pioneer Trail and opted not to continue playing. Then when the Telegraph Mission came out earlier this week, I was REQUIRED to put a telegraph on PF. That’s when I decided this game is not fun any more and I walked away. I feel a relief. No more stressing and worrying over when I will get what I need to finish missions. I still send gifts back to my neighbors and answer their requests but I have hidden PT from my newsfeed. It sure did free up my homepage. I just have to say thanks Zynga for ruining a perfectly fun game. I walked away from Farmville last year for the same reason. If you would just pace yourself and put out new missions at a more timely manner and allow us to complete missions b4 introducing new ones, you might not have players leaving at a rapid rate. Also, agree with all the previous comments.
I too got sick to death of begging for things all the time, I played PT for nearly 2 years but finally gave it up because of the repeats of missions and the continual asking for things. I don’t think Zynga really know where to go next with this game, I think that they have run out of ideas and are just making it more and more difficult and boring so that we will try other games that they have produced. I too lost a lot of neighbours and they have lost me, I was very upset on not playing anymore and took a long time to consider as to whether I should do or not but finally decided enough was enough. I am playing Castleville now, yes we have to ask for things but there is not that continual begging for things, you can work at your own speed so that you are not watching the wall for postings all the time and so far no real repeats of missions, I will continue with this game until they make a ‘mucking fuddle’ of that one too.
I am with you all, I feel that if I continue to play this game I will explode! I just finished buying the horseshoe bush and don’t want to quit based on that but if things don’t soon get better; Missions easier to complete and not having to ask everyone under the sun for the things you need, I agree lets get back to getting this game to one we can all enjoy and not feel it is not work and frustrated as heck!!
I agree with the above. To much going on at the same time. To much begging for stuff and you forget half of what you need. Come on only 50 what about the people that are behind you and you would like to help them out. You can’t because of all the things you need. It is like a full time job just to get things you need and complete missions.

I am almost at Level 170 in this game and I have NEVER spent a single Horseshoe on a mission.. That’s what they want you to do!!!!!! That’s why they continue to make it so hard. They know that people will get flustrated with it and spend money with them to get through the ridiculous missions they give us to do !! That’s all they are caring about, MONEY !! Not their players..That’s why – when you write them they will give you a few items, they think it will make you happy at the time.. Every mission they are putting in the game ALWAYS has something to do with spending money on HS… I, like everyone else, am getting so tired of all these repeatable missions, they know we are tired of them, that’s why they changed it to the upgrades on the buildings.. but it’s still repeat, repeat, repeat !!!! This game brings people to tears any more, and it shouldn’t be that way ! This game was so much fun when they first released it, I, and so many more, Loved it !! We just couldn’t wait to get back to the game…We would rush to get all our work done so we could sit down and enjoy it… Not any more !!! If you are like me, I kind of dread going to my frontier to see all the almost “dreadful” things we have to do now… And it’s still simply because they have gotten so greedy over the past few years.. They don’t care what we think, or what we want.. It’s all about them making a dollar !! So.. I can find a lot better things to spend my money on that seriously makes me Happy.. Instead of this game, that seems to absolutly makes you want to cry !!!… ♥
I agree. This is nuts. I have pages and pages of uncompleted missions, many that I haven’t even started. Most, if not all, need horseshoes or friends to complete, and only one of my friends plays this game, so I almost never get anything. The other missions are either timed, repeating, or both. I am really sick of this. This game was great – at first. Now the missions are driving me crazy. It seems that every time I click somewhere, a new mission pops up. This. Is. Absolutely. Nuts.

It is said the definition of insanity is… doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Finally I find there are other’s that feel EXACTLY as I do. I thought I was the only one who was having these problems. My dear sister kept telling me that if it frustrated that much I should quit! She was right. I would and then I thought I could deal with it. But like an addict, I would return only to become more frustrated of how far behind I had become.
When the game was taking FOREVER to load I thought it was the time of day I was playing; changed that. I would only play early in the morning or late at night. No real change. Then I thought my internet speed might be the problem. I could download items, videos, etc, quite rapidly but just in case I increased my internet service; again no real change! I even upgraded the memory in my computer (I had added a new graphics card two summers ago). Even with these changes absolutely NO improvement. Silly me; kept thinking it was something I was doing wrong. I attempted to contact Zynga but with no luck.
I can ignore the constant “pop-ups”; after 18 months you know when you’re low on energy or crops aren’t ripe. They need a choice such as windows with a check box saying “Don’t show me this again” or only once when you first sign on.
The only way I’ve become fairly current is for my sister & I to be on the phone and as I posted a request she would respond to it. We tried to “work” it rather that allowing it to “work” us but to no avail!
The two improvements that Zynga CAN and SHOULD be made IMMEDIATELY are:
1) Increase the ability to answer/fulfill requests from postings from 50 to 100. Their premise of the game is to include many, many, many friends/neighbors. If you have over 50 neighbors and answer only one neighbor per day, someone gets left out! (And you still can’t get the stuff you need)
2) When a neighbor has responded to a request, not a posting, and set it to us; that neighbor should be IMMEDIATELY available for another request.
If something doesn’t change VERY QUICKLY, I too will join those who will stop playing.
I totally agree with you!! I quit the game about 6 months ago, I was getting kicked out of the game my buildings were disappearing I could not visit my neighbors without getting kicked out! the game was driving me CRAZY!!!! I was getting soooo sick of asking for stuff all the time, I know my neighbors were getting sick of this!! a lot of my friends did indeed quit the game and it’s sad because frontierville was a fun game at first! farmville is starting to get that way, in fact most of zyngas games are getting this way TO GREEDY! what ever happened to the games that were just fun and relaxing here on facebook, I have been on facebook for 6 years now, too many changes going on with zynga games it’s all about money! money! I won’t spend real money to get my quest done but I know a lot of people do! sad but true.
I thought I was the only one that was tired of the missions taking so long. I have been playing since the game was first released and am at level 147. Used to love it but now I have days I decide not to play since all the missions are just repeats or upgrades as they say. I hate the fact that they are ruining the game. I have put real money in a lot of the missions but no more. It isn’t fun any more so I think I am going to quit. I have missions that I haven’t completed after several months..sucks to lose something you enjoy…or used to.
I have had nothing but trouble with the game. Have gone to Zygna Support several times and they have helped me. I’m tired of doing the same missions over and over, upgrades, not being able to ask for more than 50 helps. I never know when I ask for something if I get it or not. I don’t even look at my collections anymore because I can’t access them anyway. I can finally search my inventory after a Zygna support person game me instructions. I, too, like the game, but all my friends and family are leaving the game so……………..
I have to agree with the majority here. It is unfair to make things so repeatable. I can see maybe twice at most but when it takes 3 or more upgrades to do a building it is tough. I have spent lots of money on horseshoes but that is coming to an end as it costs to much anymore. I am rank 171 and work hard at doing my crops and critters every day. My brother who is challenged plays as well and it makes it really hard on him to finish some missions that you have to repeat so often. I also think it is unfair that we can only pick up 50 things in a day. The least they could do is up that amount. Also when sernding gifts that are requested in the mail neighbour part we should also receive the same thing they ask us for to help build our inventory. I have lots of neighbours but only about half play anymore so when you do send a request by the ask by mail you only get about 1 of about 10 that you ask because so many on your list have now blocked the game. It is so hard to get hold of live chat anymore as well and as for emailing them well…….this game has been my refuge at times because I take care of 4 challenged adults in my own home and when my day is done it is nice to relax and come and play but when it is so frustrating at times it is not very relaxing. I know personally a few people that have returned to playing in Cllub Poga as it is a lot less frustrating and more relaxing and you only pay once a year to play as much as you like.
I have added neighbors doesn’t do much good when they don’t return items. You can only collect/send 50 items per day for what is actually 2 games!! The repeat missions are out of hand… trees dont grow, flowers appear once a day and you need a total of 50 of them?!?!!? I am so sick of trying to play this and not get to the point of quitting…which is what my family says to do. ‘why play when it makes you either frustrated, mad, etc?!?! Zynga really needs to get it together and make the games fun again…then I might buy some horseshoes…but doubt that since mine disappear on a regular basis!!!
I feel just like everyone else, I remember a time when we had no mission and dwe were upset. NOW we have tons of missions, each more difficult to complete. Having to ask and ask and ask for parts, wait for animals to drop items needed and having two pages of mission is just insane. I cant visit but a few neighbors at one game play sitting, because the game locks up or crashes. So missions that need to visit friends takes forever. The more items on a homestead the more difficult is it to load, when visiting.
Half the time I am missing things when my game loads, and having them “store” stuff on my hard drive was suppose to make it easier and faster, NOT!!!!
And I now hear that they want to start a monthly membership fee for extras, not gonna happen unless they go back to the beginning and remember why the game became so popular and fun. yes keep us busy with mission but really 15 parts needed for one upgrade and then who knows how many for the next.
I havent even finished the Valentines day missions due to all the stuff needed from friends, Clog up our walls and some people get missed when requesting items. AND the time laps bewteen each request is getting longer and longer, adding even more frusteration to people enjoying the game, its becoming more like a job to play than fun.

Also as far as telling us google chrome is the best browser for pioneer, you can’t even tell us how to get rid of those Unrespond boxes and wait or kill! The shockwave flash never works! It is too stressful and agrevating to even feel like this game is any fun anymore, None of the bugs or refreshes makes any sense, finally after it takes forever to load the game and everything seems great then you get the dang pop-up REPORT BUG AND THEN REFRESH! I also loved this game but not to the point of where it is making me go crazy!

Pioneer Trail needs to be dismantled and we need to go back to being simple, fun Frontierville.

I actually did quit…deleted the app and blocked the requests…notified my neighbors and it feels good to actually take some action. I have played since the game first came out when it was actually fun. I will miss the friends I made but not the wasted time and frustration…and the money I spent on horseshoes…LOL…can’t believe I wasted that much money.

I agree with all of the comments already listed. All I can say is Zynga had better pull there socks up or turn the lights out. we have a dodo and we all know they are extinct. I am over it the game is more like a job. And I am sure most of us play the game to unwind from the job, not take on a second job with no pay and a huge headache for our troubles.

I have to agree with everyone that has posted. I am so frustrated, the game is not what it use to be (kinda like farmville) But I enjoy playing, or at least I used to. There are missions within missions and parts for all missions that no one has time to spend a day asking for, because I figure this could easily turn into a full time job just asking for part. I have no interest in the newest land of goldrush, what a P.I.T.A. Upgrading buildings has also become a hassle, I use to play to relax, now I get so frustrated that I get a migraine,lol! I won’t buy anymore horseshoes to try to complete mission, I can’t afford it even at 50% off! I should not have to, this is a “free” game but there are parts that if you neighbor does not send, you have to buy or you can not complete. If the game goes south and shuts down, I want any and all money back from Zynga!
I posted this earlier but it disappeared….I did decide to just quit the game and end the frustration. So I deleted the app and blocked the requests. No point in looking back it was just a big headache..the fun game is long gone.

As for the game I agree!! I have been playing this game since the SECOND week it came out!! The “upgrades” are a CROCK!!
One thing I am FED UP WITH (and have not even seen mentioned here) is the CRAFTING!!!!! FED UP WITH THE CRAFTING!! In the beginning is was Not too bad i.e., if I can feed sheep, grow some certain crops, etc. Now it is NEVER easy or FUN…….Do you NOT understand we play games to have FUN and RELAX from stress?? I have of late asked myself WHY do I continue to do this??? Well, guess what, you’re losing me too Zynga! You have ignored me and ignored me. NEVER have I EVER been acknowledged after all of the emails I have sent to Zynga and NO they were not all as strong as this!! I never even got a hey we do not want you to leave email back!!
So remember me, (an old player that you said you basically don’t need anymore Mr CEO of Zynga) I am going to go and play games that are STILL ENJOYABLE! You PURPOSELY structure the game for frustration so I will “buy out” of the mission, guess what NO MORE!! I agree with everyone. I just can’t play anymore. I have 30 missions going an most of my neighbors stopped playing an things are there one day an next they are gone. I am gonna wait on The Walking Dead Social Game to come out. I don’t think it is by Zinga so that will be my new game..
With the recent amount of missions, repeats and too involved, I’ve lost about 25 of my one time best players. I found new ones, and some of them quit already. The amount of missions and repeating an ungodly amount of times for a crummy prize and a few XP points. There’s only a couple missions that give the book or any good amount of XP, but they are so long with crafting, and requesting that it’s just crazy.
Like the emailer at the beginning said, the items you send from the wall feed, most often do not show up in your own inventory. The requests in the bouncing envelope, also may or may not appear in the inventory. This is very frustrating, making it take weeks longer to get the items.
I’ve taken to keeping a list of each mission and marking down when I send/receive, and yep, they are not all coming into my inventory. My other personal favorite is, having enough to finish part of the requirements and coming back later and they are all gone. How about having finished parts 1, 2, and 3, and logging in later and your set back to part 1. I’ve grown tired of writing Zynga.
They are getting away from the pioneer story and coming up with stupid looking animals and critters, or putting in things the pioneers never had. How stupid is that metal chicken? All they need to do is look up a little history on pioneer life, and there’s plenty of things they could do.
Fanny would never have been the school teacher and gotten married. Fanny would not be pregnant before marrying Hank, and then they throw in them dating. OMG, what a joke it’s become. Fanny is a slut now. lmao…. I did hope in the beginning it would have some educational value for children that play. BTW, pioneers did not plant pineapple. Jeesh.
I too have stopped purchasing Horseshoes. I feel we are now experiencing a ‘gimmick’ to ply us with “buying out our items to complete the task at hand”. This game is no longer enjoyable and I am losing many players, neighbors, and friends who have opted out of this insanity. The problem with our games are: Too many Mission to keep a ‘few’ players entertained..and with these frequent missions, there are multiple ‘glitches’ and serious trouble between Facebook and Zynga which continues to “crash” our computer. I realize it is not necessary to do every Mission, but what choice do we have? Requests are sent and it is a player responsibility to honor your neighbors’ needs….Alas, you’re pulled into the newest mission anyway.
This is EXACTLY the reason I quit playing.
I used to love this game. I stopped playing most of my other games to focus on PT and FV. I have written to Zynga so many times saying exactly what everyone else has been saying. Stop! Enough with the repeatable missions, enough with BEGGING for items to finish missions. A mission to me is something I need to do in order to complete. Begging and waiting, begging and waiting. I have over 200 neighbors in that game and still can’t get more than 1-3 items sent to me when I beg for it. I too have spent money to get HS but don’t feel like spending them on missions. I want to use them for fun stuff like cool animals or a fun decoration. I kind of gave up a few weeks back with the trail. Just too much. I have 2 pages of missions to complete and when I finally do it pops up saying I have to do it again in order to finish. Took me a month to do it in the first place. I have not been on my PT in a week. Frustrated and going to chuck it in like 50% or more of my neighbors.
I have been playing this game from the start and have gradually added a core of dedicated players who can rely on each other to help us get through, and to ease the frustrations, offer hints, etc. But lately it is getting to be very difficult to support each other, both in the game and as a result of the game. I simply can’t have a game take over my life and interfere with other, more important, things. If one more mission comes out that is as posting-intensive as the last ones have been, with multiple layers of building upgrades, I am going to stop playing it. And, I am not going to start playing any other — I don’t want the frustration of starting all over again with limited energy, etc. Please fix it. Go back to the way it used to be at the beginning. If not, I think your fan/player base is going to degrade substantially (I have lost several dedicated players along the way due to the overhead of the game). Please, fix it. I don’t want to quit. But you leave me no choice.
I used to love this game. Now, the multiple missions & upgrades requiring more & more begging of parts to neighbours that are no longer active is way TOO much.
I want to play this game for fun, I do not want it to be a chore. At the end of my day of work, I do not always have over one hour to spend on only one game that keeps crashing on me! I keep adding more neighbours, but it will never be enough! Please do something. I want to have fun again. Or I will quit. And I will NOT start another Zynga game.
I so agree with other posters. I am a senior in a wheelchair and play daily. I use to have 40 active neighbors but I’m down to about 20 sometime neighbors playing. I can’t afford to spend money to Finnish missions and am struggling to complete anything …… which has never happened in the past ….. I am so sad because I use to really enjoy Pioneer trail., butI’m notgoing to hang around and be frustrated much longer..
As the previous posts have stated, I, too, once loved this game! I am not at the point of leaving yet, but will be there if things do not change for the better. When I first started playing ‘FRONTIERVILLE’ ( which by the way, I REFUSE to call it anything else but!) – the missions were fun to try to finish. I began to get a little annoyed with the ‘Hot & Saucy’ mission that consumed your food – to this date, I will NOT COMPLETE THAT MISSION! Oh, did I mention, that I love(d) this game so much that I have 3~yes, THREE games going! No, I did not finish any of those Hot & Saucy missions – IT WAS STUPID, NOT FUN!
Now, ‘Pioneer Trail’ – you know, the one in the woods – yeah, right, FORGET THAT – went there a few time – and those requests use the SAME requests for Frontierville – NOPE!
Oh, the ghost town and holiday place – OK, but boring – did not go too far with that –
Now, Prospect falls – AGAIN, NEED TO USE THE EVER NEEDED REQUESTS FOR THE FRONTIERVILLE MISSIONS – NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.
Instead of Zynga piggy-backing games onto Frontierville, why not just try them as new games and leave Frontierville alone? If Zynga really wanted us to play the other games I feel they would then eliminate the number of times we can request from friends, eliminate the HORSESHOE all together~ I keep losing my horseshoes because I accidentally hit that button instead of the Ask button~ Zynga should eliminate all of the restrictions and make the games flow continuously – then, I just may play the other games.
What I am trying to say is that the FRONTIERVILLE Community needs Zynga to reevaluate their game strategies, OR FIRE THE PERSON WHO IS THINKING OF THIS CRAP!
I agree with the missions taking too long because of having to do the same thing over and over and over. I get one task done only to find out I have to do it 5 times or more. It isn’t fun any more. I’m seriously thinking of quitting but I’ve invested SO much time and $$ in the game I keep hoping it will get better and Zynga will listen to the fans. I will hold out a little longer but I can’t keep this up forever. It’s taking too much time out of my life to be frustrated like this.
I agree that this game has become impossible to love. The game is geared for people who will buy horeshoes. to complete the missions. My neices and nephews dont like the game or even the other Zynga games because it is not geared for kids to play. It is impossible for a kid to play this. Too many missions at one time, too many requests..they get frusrated that it takes so long to complete anything. And the missions pile up..I am home all day and still cant keep up. It is a money maker only. I quess that is what they want..However, if the money spenders dont have the people who play who dont spend the money they have less neighbors…they have less people who can send them the items that cant be bought….so in the end Zynga will have shot themselves in the foot..The money spenders wont want to spend the money….and zynga will lose in the end..so if they dont wake up soon..Zynga will become a loser…New games are popping up all over…and I wont have a problem switching games..I will be sad because I love, used to love this game
I totally hate these repeat missions. Wish they would make it more like what it was when it started 2 years ago. The hardest mission back then was planting 1600 peanuts (man that one took along time) but at least it was all you. Not constantly having to ask your whole list daily and still taking weeks to complete a simple building. I still prefer this game. Cityville is absolutely stupid these days and I quite Farmville a long time ago. We need more quests that we can do ourselves…but one at a time please. If you are still playing and looking for neighbors add me.
I actually tried playing it again an it’s just so stressful an it’s only a game but I did love the game. I have like 40 missions that are no where complete. I have like 8 buildings if not more that I don’t get any parts for that I ask for daily an not to mention all the gifts that I get doesn’t show in my inventory half the time.I just waiting on that new Walking Dead Game an then I will be probably be done with Frontierville which I REALLY LOVE!!! I know after so long the missions do disappear but part of the mission is finishing buildings then later on you need bonus’s from those buildings a year later an then your just screwed. I got so frustrated back with the trick or treat missions a year ago I think it was an deleted by trick or treat shack cause didn’t get any parts for it an demanded they take those timed missions off my page an they actually did that for me.
I agree with ya All, Zynga has gotten way too greedy.I posted on forums that Zynga had gotten way too greedy ,I hate Zynga and it was making me mad (I GOT BANNED FOR THOSE WORDS) The forums are a joke they are rude and mean on there.Support is stupid they have Monkey’s who can’t read right and NEVER listen.I am so close to quitting all Zynga stuff.
So tired of asking for things and friends click but I never get,tired of clicking but not getting tired of all the upgrades and just why do we need 20 of 1 thing to make a different thing thats stupid,like the strollers for baby what baby needs 8 strolers?DUMB and yes I HATE ZYNGA RIGHT NOW
I am in agreement with everyone and their comments. I used to love this game and found it relaxing. Now, these STUPID repeatable missions, the tons of stuff you need is absolutely ridiculous. BUYING horseshoes – not a change. I quit the game after reaching level 175. Found it too frustrating. I thought the PEANUT mission was stupid, but doesn’t compare to the crap they have for playing this game now.
Give your head a shake Zynga – this WAS a great game – take the stupid million items needed to make buildings out and the ABSOLUTELY hated repeatable missions. Most people only like doing things once…..
