Howdy, pardners! As you probably know already, we are all really close to getting the Pioneer Trail unlocked in FrontierVille: the Golden Hammers sent and collected are now at around 900 million and we only need 100 million more to unlock it!
However, even though we are closer than ever to the Pioneer Trail, we are still so far away from it! Based on my initial calculations, we should’ve unlocked the Pioneer Trail by yesterday, however the numbers started to grow significantly less. So unless Zynga is stealing some hammers just to delay the launch date of the Pioneer Trail (something that many people have accused Zynga of, but personally I don’t think it’s the case), we should prepare for a final stand and start sending those hammers as we did in the first day.
It’s not that hard, just make sure you send the gifts, gift the Golden Hammers to unlock the Pioneer Trail by Monday! We can do this!
I think most people gave up when they realised they wouldn’t get the golden horse because it would reach a billion before they got to 900. Thats what i did. Got to 450 horseshoes and stopped.

I daily send over 200 friends hammers, although i already have that golden horse
@Tom….Even if it hits a billion you’ll still be able to get the golden horse after….why would you think you couldnt?

My biggest disappointment with the golden hordeshoes is that rewards stop at 900. I have currently collected over 1,399 golden horseshoes, and should reach something over 1,500 by the time we reach the 1 billion needed,

I think it’s probably slowed because so many have already reached 900 and stopped giving.
It’s not a real timer. They’ll release it when they’re ready. The hammers have no bearing on the release date.
I am guess once they got the golden horse a lot of people just stopped requesting and sending golden hammers. I was pleasantly surprised that we got all the awards….not like the Christmas or wedding gifts. Anyway..I am still sending and receiving hammers ..and have between 13 and 14 hundred.
I haven’t reached the horse yet however I’m figuring it’s slowing bc of all the new missions and sending out energy and care packages instead to complete the missions especially the timed missions. Not everyone has hundreds of neighbors.
I think another reason it is slowing is because of all the other missions they have released. Everyone is concentrating on the missions instead of trying to send and receive hammers. I know I have been working on missions. And since you can only help so many times a day, people don’t want to waste their helps on golden hammers when they need them for their missions.

I don’t think we need more missions at all! I can’t seem to get caught up before they are throwing another one at me. And, some of them are almost impossible to finish! I agree about the golden hammers. I didn’t know there was going to be a golden horse, or something, awarded. I sure haven’t gotten anything, and I’ve been sending and receiving like crazy!
MORE MISSIONS!!!!……I wish i had a load of missions to catch up on these days i never have more than 1 mission at a time and thats usually only cause im waiting for crops to grow…..i say more missions and harder missions!!!! Another one like the canning mission would be great atleast that took me two weeks not like most mission that ya’d have done in an hour or a day at most! And im only 100 hammers away from my golden horse!!!
You should keep send and ask for the golden hammers for the pioneer trail open early
Because all of u have stoped when u have reached the 900 but it is wrong as u can see the hammers today are 930 it is too low and only wednesdey or late the pioneer trail will be realease if u want it early tell all of your friends to start send again hammers and the friends of your friends tell the other and go on and on…lets send golden hammers
