This is definitely a first and a big, pleasant surprise coming from Zynga: the FrontierVille developers have apparently decided to help those who are having a hard time completing their buildings by simply giving them some extra building materials for free!
I got the message above when trying to complete the Ponderosa Lodge which I was ignoring for a while now and only needed 1 Banister and 1 Rivets. However, as you can see, Zynga decided to give me a hand and it was really welcomed.
I have no idea what is the limit of building materials that you must need to complete a building before Zynga jumps to help you, and I do believe that it might be a time limit as well since the Ponderosa Lodge is actually a building that should’ve been finished a while ago. If you have any details, feel free to share them with us below!
Until then, don’t lose hope with your unfinished buildings in FrontierVille: eventually you will complete them, now that Zynga is helping too!
zygna has helped me many times completing buildings.
I have only been helped once, but it was most welcomed indeed.. needed 19 pencils for my storage expansion, only had four, and zynga took care of the rest.. NICE..

Wanted to tell you I had this like 2-3 weeks ago. I’m always upgrading my shed, since I have so much stuff to store. I usually need to ask for a lot since you need a lot of elbow grease, pencils, … But 2 weeks ago I suddenly got that message, and my shed was expanded! So it’s not only finishing buildings, appearently it’s also random upgrading your buildings! Thought you wanted to know
it helped me with my detective agency just before & i only needed 1 each of 3 different materials. hopefully they decide to help again since i stopped playing for a few months and now have about 6 buildings i need to complete!! lol…

I got help once on the shed expansion, it was nice. Also I needed more then one or two peaces, more like 8 total…
I received help same as Pavel. Maybe they are helping with the storage sheds because they figure the more stuff we buy and store, the more addicted we become to the game, lol
I received this twice. The first time (a couple of months ago) it froze my storage shed and made it unusable (couldn’t collect bonus or use take anything out of or put anything into the shed) until I did a support ticket and customer service came in and fixed it.
Thus I was quite leery when it happened again a couple of weeks ago (only needed a few more cement for the upgrade) but this time, thankfully, it worked well and now I have an upgraded storage shed that actually works.
I have only had to use customer service twice, but both times they have responded promptly (within 24 hours) and been very helpful.
